The International Florence Collectors Society was launched in January 1996, following the success of the experience in the USA and Canada, where the local Collectors' Society, run by Miller Import Corporation, has been active since 1990. It is the purpose of the Society to provide information, services and benefits to collectors of Florence figurines, creating an effective link between them and Florence Authorized Vendors, with the aim of establishing and strengthening lasting ties between the public and Florence sculptures.
THE MEMBERSHIP
A) Enrolment and Renewals Membership is totally FREE. Everyone who buys a Florence figurine may become a Member of The Society by completing the Application Form that is included in the box of each figurine. The Application Form duly filled must be mailed to the National Headquarters, if there is one in your country, or directly to The Society in Italy. When your subscription is close to expire, you may renew just mailing a new Application Form, that is included in the box of each figurine or available at every Authorized Dealer. The 24 months Free Membership means that you will: * receive for a period of two years THE REVIEW, the bi-annual official magazine of THE SOCIETY. * receive a personalised Membership Card valid for 24 months. The card identifies you and entitles you to all the rights and privileges which are exclusive to Members of THE SOCIETY. * be given information about and invitations to special Events when held in your region. * be offered advance information about the introduction of new sculptures. * have the opportunity to purchase, on the presentation of your valid Membership Card to an Authorised Dealer world-wide (excluding the USA and Canada) the annual Society figurines that are created exclusively for Members.
B) Membership Card	Once the Application Form has been received, the Membership will be registered and a personalised Membership Card will be issued and sent to the new Member.
C) Membership validity The Membership will be valid all over the world for a period of 24 months from the registration of the Application Form. The Membership may be renewed by just sending a new completed Application Form.
D) Members privileges "The Review", the bi-annual official magazine of The Society will be regularly received by the Member. Personal invitations to the special Events in the region and, advance exclusive information about the forthcoming new sculptures will directly link the member to the day-to-day life of the Florence Studio. The Membership Card will entitle the member to visit the Florence Studio when travelling in Italy.
E) The Review	The Society’s official magazine provides previews of the latest releases, updates on events as well as breaking news about The Society.
